This was our very first investment property which we had originally purchased as a rental. It was a 3-bed terrace house situated in a fairly good street in need of a light refurbishment. After completing the work we found that we had increased the value more than expected so decided to sell to increase our funds.

Project Mayflower
Project Mayflower was a much bigger project which we purchased as a BRR. It was a 3-bed end of terrace in need of a full back to brick refurbishment. The property was once a shop which made it a good size in comparison to other houses in the area. The use class had been changed to C3 prior to us purchasing it however it still had features of a shop in its design and layout that needed to be rectified to make it a functional home.

Project Rose
This was our latest project which we purchased as a flip. It was a 3-bed terrace house that needed the usual refurbishment work as well as some remedial work to the extension, roof, new guttering and a fresh coat of render.
