What sort of return can I expect?
We offer a 10% return annually

How long will my funds be invested for?
The minimum term is 1 year

What is the minimum investment amount you accept?
The minimum amount we accept is £10,000

What is an example of a typical investment?
If you invest £30,000 on the 1st January you would receive £33,000 on 31st December, it’s that simple

How will I ensure my investment is safe?
There will be a legally binding loan agreement drawn up by a solicitor. Similar to any loan agreement between a bank and their customers.

What are the risks?
Any investment carries risk and property investing is no different.  We mitigate these risks by doing our due diligence prior to purchasing a property and ensuring we have multiple exit strategies on any investment we enter into.

What will my investment be used for?
It will solely be used for property investing, this will either be purchasing the property itself or funding the refurbishment.

Who can invest with you?
Literally anyone. It is a misconception that the majority of investors are millionaires with large sums of cash in the bank. Usually the people that invest have built up a pot of savings over many years and just want a better return on their money than the banks are offering.

How can you offer such a high interest rate?
We buy rundown properties that are generally un-mortgageable meaning we can secure them at a reduced price. Through extensive refurbishment we add significant value not only making them mortgageable again but attractive, appealing homes. There is enough uplift in this strategy that we can offer a 10% return to investors and still make a good profit ourselves. When put in comparison with the high street banks 10% may seem high but when investing this is a fairly typical return.
