Parrnoor Properties
We are Lee and Danielle, a husband and wife team living in London and investing in the South West of England.
We are passionate about property and believe that everyone has the right to live in a safe and reliable home. We take pride in our refurbishments and ensure that the finished product is a property that we would happily live in ourselves.
We believe in not only creating well designed spaces that people want to call home but also getting the fabric of the building right. This is the part that often costs the most and can’t be seen on the Rightmove pictures but has the biggest impact on a tenant’s life. Don’t get us wrong, we love a feature wall and a fluffy grey carpet, however this alone doesn’t provide you with a great shower in the morning or stop that damp from coming in.
The name ‘Parrnoor’ came about from the merging of Danielle’s maiden name and Lee’s surname, Parrish and Noori. We felt this was fitting as we both have very different skillsets which, when brought together, complement each other really well. Now that we are married the name makes less sense but NoorNoor sounds a bit too much like the Teletubbies hoover!
Lee
Lee has worked in the television industry as an engineer in live sport for over 10 years. He has always had a passion for both business and property so creating a property business seemed inevitable. Lee sources the deals, works with contractors and manages the refurbs, he really comes into his own with anything associated with research and can often be found digging very deep into a property’s history.
Danielle
Danielle is a Production Manager within the television industry, this has given her extensive experience of working to tight schedules, keeping projects on budget and dealing with complicated logistics. As well as applying these skills to Parrnoor Properties she also deals with all the admin, planning and budgets, basically anything she can create a spreadsheet for!
